Eight Rivers Safe Development Files Complaint Against WVDEP

Eight Rivers Safe Development, Inc. filed a formal complaint against the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection on December 21, 2006. In part, the complaint against the WVDEP states that the issuance of a FONSI (Finding Of No Significant Impact) "... was and is arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, and contrary to and violative of the law and rules of the State of West Virginia."
